Acceptance of Terms

By booking a grooming appointment with Paws on Wheels Houston or using this website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Paws on Wheels Houston provides mobile dog grooming services in the greater Houston TX metropolitan area. All services are performed in our self-contained grooming van at your location.

We reserve the right to decline service for any dog that poses an unreasonable safety risk to our staff, including dogs with a documented history of biting or severe aggression. We also do not groom dogs that require sedation — those cases require a veterinary groomer.

Pricing

Prices quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the dog's actual coat condition (matting, tangles), size, and temperament. We will communicate any pricing adjustments before performing additional work.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and personal check. We do not require prepayment to book an appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the estimated service cost, as we have reserved van time for your appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible in such cases.

Health and Safety

All dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. We may request proof of vaccination. Dogs with contagious conditions (kennel cough, ringworm, mange, active flea infestation) may be turned away for the safety of our staff and other dogs.

We handle all dogs with care, but grooming inherently carries minor risks including stress, small nicks from clippers, or sensitivity to products. We use professional-grade, pet-safe products and techniques to minimize any risk.

Senior and Special Needs Dogs

We will groom senior dogs and dogs with certain medical conditions. Please disclose any health conditions when booking. By booking a senior or medically compromised dog, you acknowledge that grooming may be more tiring for them and agree that we are not liable for health events related to pre-existing conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Paws on Wheels Houston is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
